We are looking for an enthusiastic Residence Assistant to join our Paragon Student Lets team. You will be key in providing a high quality accommodation services to a variety of customers from students to summer accommodation groups. 

In this job you won’t just be answering phones. You’ll become the face of the organisation, getting on with a wide range of tasks. Your duties will be varied in the day to day management of our accommodation, covering everything from answering queries and questions from residents, organising and distributing post on a daily basis, through to logging repairs and ensuring our residents follow the correct procedures upon departure and arrival. You will be trusted with administering our key monitoring and ordering, welcoming language schools and other summer groups to Paragon and ensure everything runs smoothly with their stay. 

People are at the heart of this job.  You’ll get to work with a range of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders with diverse needs and requirements, so we’ll expect you to be an amazing rapport builder and deliver great customer service. You'll also demonstrate the attention to detail to follow our procedures and ensure you deal with any issues in a timely manner.  In everything that you do, your cheerful, efficient and precise approach will be part of the reason why our customers love where they live.

This role requires a DBS check.  Therefore a basic check will be requested in the event of you being offered the position as part of our pre-employment checking process.
