Team Coordinator

Enjoy being at the centre of things? Want every day to be different?

We’re offering a great opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join us in an important coordinator role. You will support our Policy and Projects Manager in the planning and delivery of a diverse set of simultaneous projects and in the research and maintenance of policies and procedures.

As the Team Coordinator you will work collaboratively with others in the department, those in the wider business as well as external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks which ultimately will improve processes and customer service experiences.

In this job you will be an assistant on some projects and a lead on others. You will be responsible for project planning and delivery in coordination with internal and external resources as required. Projects will span a gamut between technical and legal leasehold management tasks and IT-led transformation.

The second key part of the role will concern the research and maintenance of policies and procedures which will define how services are delivered and ensure that they reflect current best practice and legal requirements. You will also assist in the research and drafting of responses to policy consultations, engaging stakeholders and customers as required.

For this role you’ll have experience of administration, be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and be able to pick up new systems and processes with ease. Given the responsibilities of the role you will also need to demonstrate good written English and an aptitude for mathematics.

As you will need to develop and maintain a network of clients and stakeholders we’ll expect you will be an amazing relationship builder and have good communication skills. Resilience and being a starter-finisher are also a must.

Please note that should a redeployee apply for this role, their application will be considered before any others.
