And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Supporter Insight Manager to bring their talents to help establish the engagement insight function and ensure that data and insights support our Engagement Strategy to help us increase income and improve the way we engage with supporters.
Title: Supporter Insight Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (part-time would be considered)
Location: Hampstead, North London (home-based would be considered)
As the Supporter Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of Anthony Nolan’s Engagement Strategy. You will lead and champion our goal to become even more data and insight driven in the way we engage with supporters.
You will work closely with peers in the Supporter Operations Department and across the Engagement Division to ensure that we are using data and analysis to draw actionable insight that will inform future activities. In order to do so you will make use of best in class technologies, such as Alteryx and Tableau online. Your communication and negotiation skills will help to ensure that insights are taken forward and are shared across the organisation at all levels.
With your extensive statistical modelling skills, the strategic insights you produce will help support Anthony Nolan’s ambitious goals to build deeper relationships with existing supporters and will help to identify opportunities to recruit new supporters.
You will also play an important role in the delivery of our ambitious transformation programme to launch a new website, improve out CRM offering and deliver better experience to the people who support our work and who we support.
