We are keen to speak with hard working professionals with a desire to make a difference within our Residential Services team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasehold Property Manager to join our Residential Services team. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, deal with complaints and disputes as and when required. You will be the point of contact for leaseholders and be expected to carry out estate inspections. You will be working with the Service Charge team to establish and review service charges and will be expected to monitor service charge expenditure.
To be successful, you must have previous experience of property management and understanding of issues surrounding leaseholders and shared owners this is a bonus. You must also have a good level of IT knowledge including Word and Excel, and an ability to compile and write reports.
You must also have access to a car and have a clean driving license.
