Head of Assets - Building Safety

Integrity, collaboration, innovation in building safety. Sound like you?

This is an exciting opportunity for a resident-focused leader with the ability to collaborate at all levels to lead our building safety team. You will ensure NHG has the systems and processes in place to meet the challenges of the incoming building safety regulatory regime, while leading the team to ensure all NHG homes meet the highest standards of safety. You will have technical experience in the field of Health and Safety.

The successful candidate will drive strong performance and cross-team working by sharing their passion for delivering customer-centric services with the team. You will be responsible for managing the survey programme and preparing investment budgets for fire safety remedial works, introducing project management processes to guide our teams to deliver works on time and on budget while building relationships across the organisation to communicate our fire safety programme.

Communication and collaboration are crucial in this role and you’ll need to lead and support your team through changing and challenging external influences. You will have the ability to manage and motivate the team to success.

If this sounds like the challenge you are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

In return we offer you 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), health cash plan, season ticket loan, tenancy deposit loan, cycle 2 work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer.

Applications for this role close at midday on 13th December 2019. Short listed candidates will be invited to interview and assessments on 19th or 20th December 2019.
