£51,979 per annum for 36 hours per week based at Surrey County Council, County Hall, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2DN. The role will involve travel to our customers in London and Lewes, East Sussex.

About the role
The Orbis Pensions Administration Service is embarking on a very exciting phase in its service transformation through a program of works encompassing projects, continuous improvement, automation and people development.
Through innovative approaches and considerable energy, we will deliver a modern and digital service with more efficient systems and processes to support our vision of being 'the outstanding provider of exceptional Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administration'. To be able to achieve our vision, we need to grow our teams.
We are looking for people who can build strong client relationships and who understand the central role partnership working plays. To do this, you'll need to be a great listener and an effective communicator; ensuring that our service priorities are perfectly matched with our client needs.
You will act as the principle contact; taking ownership and accountability for the relationship with our clients and partners. Thought leadership and proactive engagement in the development of our service will be key as you build our reputation; maximising new business opportunities within the Orbis Administration Service.
This is a key, client facing role which means we're looking for professional and credible individuals who have the confidence and presence to work with senior stakeholders. You will proactively manage expectations, communicate plans and promote the achievements of the service as you represent and own the reputation of the Pension Service across Orbis.
You'll bring with you a successful track record of working within the LGPS, nurturing partnerships with Pension Board, Committee members, Officers and Administration teams.
