Project Co-ordinator

The Public Health & Well-being Department is responsible for improving & protecting the health & well-being of the Greenwich population. There is a particular emphasis on reducing inequalities in health outcomes.

This is an exciting post within Public Health which will play a key role in the coordination, support and delivery of various projects across the department which will range in size and complexity.

You will liaise with Project Leads to create an initial project plan to ensure the project is well planned from the conception. Working with all stakeholders, and using your highly organised nature and project support experience, you will ensure the project is supported and delivered on time and on budget as well as playing a key role in supporting and processing all aspects of commissioning and procurement.

As the Project Co-ordinator, you will be primarily responsible for creating initial project plans to ensure the project is well planned from conception. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, and using your highly organised nature and project support experience; you will ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will also play a key role in supporting and co-ordinating all aspect of commissioning and procurement.

Reporting to the Business Team Manager, and working closely with the Senior Public Health Manager (Information Governance & Contract Performance) and other departmental managers, you will also support in collating, creating and monitoring risk registers, governance processes, and lessons learnt logs for each project.
