Communications Officer (Customer)
Permanent, full time
We're looking for an experienced Communications Officer to support the development and delivery of our marketing communications programme. You'll work on a range of communications campaigns, publications and projects to help us deliver a great service to our customers. It's a particularly exciting time to join our Communications team, as we work to support our £23m business transformation programme. You'll work in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative environment, delivering interesting and engaging content for a range of channels.
Knowledge and skills required
- Experience of working in a busy communications, PR or marketing environment within a large organisation
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Proactive approach to generating great content
- Basic to intermediate level desktop design and brand management skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience of delivering projects and campaigns using a range of tools and tactics (e.g. creative design, email marketing, publications, media relations)
- Email marketing production and evaluation skills, using email service providers
