Through innovative marketing campaigns, our organisation can reach customers across the globe. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, our Senior Marketing Manager is going to provide the direction that drives our business forward and the strategic solutions that reach our customers, in addition to:
Managing and overseeing the delivery of global campaigns and international sales exhibitions
Providing strategic planning for all FABRICA schemes, both in the UK and overseas, and overseeing the delivery of the scheme alongside the Marketing Manager
Booking, budgeting and managing creative freelance resources
Overseeing the Marketing Managers to ensure the performance of marketing activity is monitored and necessary recommendations are made
Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to plan targeted, relevant digital campaigns that deliver the right content
Reviewing all marketing deliverables to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard and are ready for review by the Head of Marketing and Sales, and the Marketing Director

Our environment is dynamic and challenging, that's why you'll have experience of managing multiple projects and delivering effective marketing campaigns to tight timelines. You'll have a customer-driven approach that allows you to convey our business requirements to external agencies, as well as:
Understanding of digital technologies, trends, policies and best practice
Experience of managing or coaching 3 or more people
Knowledge and understanding of the UK house building market; product, competition, development pipeline and legislation
Experience of using IT Project Management software to support the delivery of large projects
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create clear reports on trends
Experience using MS Office, CMS and CRM systems
