Digital Product Manager (12 month FTC)
£45,00 - £50,000 per annum
35 hours per week
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a product manager, providing hands-on leadership and support across a range of portals and digital services.
As part of the Group's £20m change programme - Fit for the Future - and working alongside the Lead Digital Services Manager, you will act as the product owners of the Group's portals for customers, staff and business partners and will help to implement new services across a range of digital channels.
You will champion the user experience of digital services, lead projects that drive greater self-service and provide specialist knowledge and support to the business.
To be successful, you will have previous product management experience, having worked across the full lifecycle of projects from concept innovation and road mapping, through to market launch and ongoing review.
You will have experience working on the development of digital and/or ecommerce services and be confident performing market research and using analytics to gain a real understanding of customer needs and market trends. A relevant professional qualification will be highly regarded, however it is not essential.
