An exciting new opportunity to join Charnwood Borough Council’s Legal Services team has arisen following a restructure, to optimise service delivery. 

Charnwood is an attractive place to live and work, situated conveniently between Leicester, Nottingham and Derby, with excellent transport links. The Council’s offices are based in the university town of Loughborough. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Solicitor who is passionate about law with a strong focus on customer services to join our small dynamic and forward-thinking Legal Services team. 

We are committed to developing our people and we will support you through supervised training by senior fee earners and by providing internal and external training courses. We offer modern working practices with full admin support and case management systems. 

Candidates need to be highly motivated, proactive and committed legal professionals looking for a new challenge with the ability to work autonomously whilst still being able to work as part of a team.
