To provide administrative and business support to the Mental Health Support Team (MHST). The post-holder will perform a variety of duties supporting the range of functions within the MHST including collating data, reporting on outcomes and organising events . The post-holder needs to be organised and efficient ensuring professional and timely delivery of service and should be creative and enthusiastic about working in an innovative early intervention service for children and young people.
Wokingham Mental Health Support Team is recruiting a part-time administrator to start as soon as possible.
The Mental Health Support Team will comprise of Education, Mental Health Practitioners A Well-being Outreach Worker, Senior CAMHS Practitioner, a Primary Mental Health Worker and administrator, the team is led by a Senior Educational Psychologist (SEP). The Mental Health Support Team will be offering support to children who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. The Mental Health Support Team is offering support to children and their families in twelve WBC schools. The administrator will support the Senior EP (SEP). The post holder will also support other team members and the SEP in preparing data for NHS England and the Department of Education.
In addition the above and general administrative duties the administrator will manage referrals into the team, support communications with a range of stakeholders and arrange events.
