The Role

Lewisham Homes is an ambitious and growing business managing over 18,000 homes in an ever changing and increasingly complex environment. It is an exciting time to be joining Lewisham Homes. We have been working with our residents to re-design our ASB Service. We now need experienced, customer focused, and passionate officers, to help make the new service a success.

We will provide a victim-focus approach to ASB management and work closely with a range of different partners. You will enforce tenancy conditions and provide innovative solutions to make our estates great places to live. We want officers who will:

• Deliver positive outcomes for our residents and communities, building relationships to enhance the reputation of the service
• Work collaboratively with external partners to resolve complaints holistically
• Use dynamic and innovative ways to tackle ASB, to ensure long lasting results


You will be responsible for managing a caseload of ASB complaints, providing support to complainants, investigating allegations and tackling perpetrators of anti-social behaviour.

This is what we are looking for…

• Experience of managing ASB casework and challenging customer in a social housing setting
• Good knowledge of legislation relating to ASB
• Track record of delivering positive outcomes through multi-agency working
