Develop your career by joining a school which truly invests in all its staff.

Holy Family is a successful and happy school which has recently undergone a multi-million pound investment programme to enable us to expand and educate more students.

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work with our students who have special educational needs.

Holy Family is a successful, well-regarded and oversubscribed secondary school. 69% of students secured a GCSE grade of 4 or above in both English and Maths in 2019, with 52% securing the new government benchmark of grade 5 or above in both subjects. Our A level value-added score is consistently high. Students have access to an extensive extra-curricular programme which all staff are encouraged to participate in.

Every member of staff is provided with access to excellent programmes of professional development, which earned the school the Investors in People Gold award. We have an excellent record of internal career progression and promotion for our staff. Holy Family is a very friendly and supportive Catholic school with an inclusive ethos. In 2018, Ofsted described us as a good school in which “leaders are focused on achieving positive outcomes for students and have high aspirations for them”. We are also a school which has “effective strategies, valued by staff, to support staff well-being”
