West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit a Senior Night Care Officer for Willows Edge Home which provides residential care for older and infirm people, many with a diagnosis of dementia; we aim to offer a friendly, safe and secure environment in which our residents can live their lives with dignity.
We are looking for a Care Officer who, as part of a senior team, can support the Manager and Assistant Unit Manager with the development of the home and provide advice, guidance and leadership to the staff team. The Care Officer will have a hands on role in running shifts and be responsible for supervising and supporting our staff to deliver the best care possible.
