Working closely with the Executive Director for People, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our organisation wide reward and benefits strategy. You will have significant experience of delivering change effectively. You will have previously implemented reward plans that align with organisational strategy and culture to attract and retain diverse talent.
You will have robust analytical skills, which will be key in critically assessing and modelling complex information into easy to understand reports and guidance. You will also be skilled in job evaluation. As a strong communicator, you will be able to engage and influence a variety of key stakeholders and leaders across the organisation.
