We are seeking to recruit a Revenues & Benefit Assistant to its Revenues and Benefits service.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide face-to-face advice and support to our customers from one of our Service Hubs at Maidenhead or Windsor libraries.
The role will be to support the customers through the process of claiming a range of benefits administered by the local authority and responding to enquiries regarding Council Tax.
The post holder will also be expected to undertake a range of assessments, associated with customer’s benefits or Council Tax accounts, balancing the need to provide a prompt service to the customer with this part of the role.
