Property Administration Apprentice (Estates & Development)
Fixed Term for 18 – 24 months

£18,676 - £19,406 inclusive of outer fringe allowance per annum
37 hours per week

Are you interested in property and land? Do you have excellent organisational skills? Are you interested in getting involved in a range of projects? If so, this could be the role for you.

We are looking to recruit a Property Administration Apprentice to support the Estates and Development team in the delivery of its projects. You will act as first point of contact for the team, supporting with a range of administrative tasks. You will support the Surveyors with property inspections, measuring and valuation of properties.

It is essential you:

  • Have a good general standard of education
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Be organised and methodical with an eye for detail
  • Be a creative thinker

The type of qualification and level (2 or 3) will be agreed the successful candidate.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.

The deadline for applications is 9 February 2020.

Assessments will be held on 17 February 2020. 

Interviews will be held on 21 February 2020.
