This is a permanent, full-time role.
You will be expected to have a confident and articulate approach to communication, a thorough knowledge of good human resource management practice and the ability to interpret complex conditions of service and legislation. You will need to demonstrate experience over a wide range of people management activity as well as ability to work on your own initiative to deliver outcomes.

What we’re looking for
You will need to be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of current education and employment legislation and its practical application, and the ability to identify and deal with a range of sensitive human resource issues. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to operate in a pressurised professional role with the minimum of management supervision and be capable of effective team management.
The successful applicant will also need to be flexible, willing and able to meet the requirement to work occasionally outside of normal office hours.
