Human Resources Administrator (Temporary Maternity cover post until March 2021)
Salary: Starting from £19,554 to £21,166 p.a.
Grade: Grade 3
Hours: 37 per week (9am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday. 9am – 5pm on Fridays) one hour for lunch

The small, friendly Human Resources team at Adur & Worthing Councils is looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator for approximately one year on a full time basis covering Maternity leave.
This post would suit an organised, competent and experienced HR Administrator with a keen eye for detail, fast, accurate keyboard skills and highly IT literate.
The successful recruit will report into a Human Resources Business Partner and will be assisting the Human Resources department in the maintenance and development of the Human Resources function throughout the organisation.
To help ensure that the appointment and on-going employment of all council staff complies with statutory requirements, internal policies and processes, current terms and conditions and wherever possible reflects best practice.
Updating systems, attending staff meetings, taking accurate minutes at staff casework meetings and all associated administration including emails, running HR reports, scanning, filing and data entry.
This role demands a high level of accuracy, team work and confidentiality.
