The role


You will be responsible for manually preparing performance reporting, managing a Reporting Analyst, to ensure that reports delivered as per a strict reporting timetable enabling business stakeholders to review performance.


Your role will be to create a corporate reporting framework that covers strategic and operational KPI’s and targets and helps drive performance. You will manage the production of performance score cards and ensure that this process is understood by the business and relevant. You will support Business Stakeholders to examine and adapt best practices into their own operations. You will strive to lead the continuous improvement of the corporate reporting framework, the design and development of scorecards and work with the BI Manager to automate performance reporting and impact across the organization.


Key requirements


You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a numerate discipline and have the ability to demonstrate significant experience in corporate performance reporting and continuous professional development. You will be methodical with a high attention to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills. You will be a confident present with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to speak to a wide variety of audiences. You will have advanced expertise in a range of reporting tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL and Business Objects.
