The role 


As an Electrician you will complete electrical maintenance activities including installations, repairs, fault finding and testing. Each activity must be delivered to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.


In this role, you will ensure that all your work is carried out within the allocated time frame, to a high standard and is communicated to your colleagues. You will need to comply and adhere to all Health and Safety regulations including PPE, COSHH, and RAMS, whilst conducting yourself appropriately and in line with our code of conduct. You will maintain the appropriate levels of your van stock and ensure orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications. You will maintain accurate job records in line with company and legislative requirements. Due to nature of this role you will be available for the out of hours standby cover.



Key requirements


You’ll have previous installing, testing and repairs experience in a domestic environment and have the following qualifications: C&G 2365 level three or NVQ equivalent , C&G: inspection and testing , C&G 2382-18:18 edition ,C&G Part P : domestic installation and also CSCS or equivalent. You will have experience working with asbestos, and if not, you will be willing to undertake training including face fit. Ideally, you will have an understanding of manual handling, ladder safety and working at height. You should also have a good understanding of health safety regulations including PPE, COSHH and RAMS. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be able to take ownership of issues, seeing them through to a satisfactory conclusion. You must be committed to providing a great customer service, and in doing so, be respectful to all customers, their homes and their possessions.
