About the role
We provide Care 24/7 in our 51 bedded residential home.
You will work with an enthusiastic team of carers, ranging from all ages, cultures and experiences. Your role will require time spent with the residents providing personal care and support with their daily living activities.
We are a strong team that works with each other to provide the best possible care and environment for our residents, the home is rated Outstanding with CQC (November 2019) and we constantly thrive to achieve our residents wish lists.
Experience is not essential for this role; full training will be provided. As long as you have the heart to care, you are already halfway there. There are continuous opportunities for development with internal and external training and promotions available.
To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:
- A basic understanding of written and spoken English
- A basic understanding of what care is
