We are looking for an organised, motivated and engaged Manager for our East Surrey Outreach Service, supporting both new and more complex rough sleepers to move away from the streets and access and sustain accommodation and support. The team work across 4 councils in the region – Epsom and Ewell, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead and Tandridge – and work closely with housing departments in each council to ensure there is a prompt and effective response to rough sleeping.
This is a great opportunity to move into managing a busy, high profile frontline service playing a key role in reducing rough sleeping across the region.
You will be responsible for managing the services performance against its contract, monitoring and regularly reporting to funders it’s performance. You will be outcome focused and able to embed a culture of high performance and continual striving to improve upon successes throughout your team.
You’ll lead in developing and managing partnerships and forming positive relationships with key stakeholders – The Local Authorities and accommodation providers – as well as working with boroughs to increase and improve options for our rough sleeping clients.
Your innovative management of this service will influence the future of service provision and you’ll be able to recognise and confidently talk about best practice and its results to funders and other stakeholders.

-Able to directly manage staff, and oversee the management of others in line with Thames Reach policies.

As this service covers a wide area are particularly interested in applications from people with a driving license.
