Our Administration Service works across all departments within the Council providing professional administrative support; this vacancy will be working in our Highway Agreements Team.
We currently have an opportunity for a part-time administrator with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages.
Duties will vary depending on the team supported but will usually involve answering the telephones, maintaining records and systems, arranging meetings and taking minutes, and preparing a variety of documents, spreadsheets & presentations.
The entry pay level will be dependent upon level of existing knowledge and skill.
An excellent communicator, you should be customer focussed, able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities.
