Scale 6 – PO1, Salary £25,799 - £37,788 inclusive of market supplement

What we’re looking for:

We want to hear from dedicated, motivated social workers who want to develop their career with us. You are a qualified, professional social worker with experience of duty services, court proceedings, and child protection, who strives for continuous improvement. You’re a clear communicator with the ability to explain complicated information simply, and highly skilled in mediating and negotiating on behalf of service users.

We offer manageable caseloads, learning events, training, and regular reflective supervision to focus on you. To support you further, your HCPC registration and DBS costs are covered by us. We can also provide financial relocation assistance for experienced social workers, if you’re moving to join Rutland (subject to management approval).  

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
