Planned Maintenance works will include delivery of the Investment Delivery Programme which will involve interpreting specific works programmes, undertaking surveys of individual properties, sites and facilities identified to establish the precise works requirements, liaison with tenants and other residents and coordinating the work of contractors such as asbestos contractors, grounds maintenance contractors and other specialist contractors.
