Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Location: County Hall, Hertford
Salary Range: £18795-20344 pa (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 25 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and forward looking team providing services to families in Hertfordshire. The Early Help Commissioning Team work to ensure families can access a wide range of services that support childhood and parenting. We commission a range of universal, preventative and targeted services covering family support and parenting.
You will have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will be confident dealing with enquires from the public and from other professionals, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information. You will also be able to manage your own workload and be flexible to changing demands.
This role would suit someone with excellent administrative and ICT skills with experience working in a busy office environment. Knowledge of the local authority and the Family Services Commissioning team’s areas of work would be beneficial.
