Payroll Officer

Can you help us run our payroll?

Notting Hill Genesis exists to provide good quality housing to those who otherwise couldn’t afford it. We are inspired by the impact we can have and are passionate about creating a better London.

Our payroll team is a small but important one: we make sure our colleagues get paid accurately and on time. We run a proactive, comprehensive, customer focused payroll and benefits service across the whole organisation. As we head towards the financial year end, we have a lot of work on top of our business as usual, so it is an interesting and challenging time.

Join us as a Payroll Officer at this exciting and busy time to help us ensure that our data is without fault and our work is as accurate as it is timely. We’re offering a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join us as we consolidate our two legacy payrolls into one, within iTrent, our integrated payroll and HR system.

You’ll be trusted to use your knowledge of employment tax legislation and experience of working in payroll to keep on top of our three payrolls. You’ll follow our processes and offer prompt, sound advice to your colleagues when they have queries.  If this sounds like the role for you, we would love to hear from you.

Please submit your CV and a supporting statement, outlining your suitability for the role via our online applications portal. The supporting statement should address the behaviours detailed on the role profile. You’ll also need to tell us how you meet the knowledge, skills and experience requirements also outlined in the role profile.

Applications for this role close at 9am on Monday 17 February 2020. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview and assessment on 25 or 27 February 2020.
