Now is an exciting time to join our Talent and Early Careers Team as we are embarking on a journey of transforming how we deliver early careers initiatives across the organisation.
As an individual you will have a unique opportunity to develop and drive forward the early careers agenda across the Council, providing input to the delivery of strategic workforce planning, and succession planning priorities. We have a strong apprenticeship portfolio delivered both through external providers and through our own in-house provision which is rated 'Good' through Ofsted.
This role requires an apprenticeship and early careers professional who is creative in developing and delivering across the whole early careers agenda, making recommendations based on market developments and trends.
