Now is an exciting time to join our Talent and Learning Team as we are embarking on a journey of changing and transforming how we design and deliver learning across the organisation.
As an individual, you will have a unique opportunity to develop and drive forward our vision to provide an innovative and engaging blended digital learning offer to our employees. You will help us shape the design and delivery of a variety of accredited and non-accredited blended learning programmes including a new leadership development programme and apprenticeships in Leadership and Management.
We are proud to be an ILM Approved Centre delivering qualifications up to Level 5 including coaching and mentoring. We are also a member of the East Midlands Coaching Network and our team oversees the Council's internal coaching provision.
This role requires a learning and development professional who is digitally minded and experienced in developing and designing engaging blended learning solutions, including digital, e-learning and face-to-face design.
