We’re looking for a versatile and talented Web and Digital Communications Officer with excellent content creation skills and strong customer service values to join our busy communications team.
You will work alongside our Web Manager, playing a key role in the management of our corporate website and intranet and its content.
The right candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of managing websites and experience of using content management systems.
You’ll have great copywriting skills and knowledge of best practice in web authoring standards, able to explain complex ideas simply. You’ll also have an excellent understanding of online customer journeys – and experience of applying that knowledge to web content and structure.
You’ll be a creative problem solver, who will enjoy working with a wide variety of content owners to help improve our customers’ online experience. You will be able to produce and understand insight data and feedback - and use it to develop new ways of working and to improve the experience and journeys for our customers.
As part of the communications team, you will also support our ever-increasing digital communications activities, where appropriate.
Within our wider Customer Experience Service, you will be driven by excellence and a desire to do what’s right for our customers - and you’ll have the skills and technical knowledge to make it happen.
