The role of this post is to provide strategic and operational management of excellent, customer focused estate services to customers, including the overall responsibility for leading on the management of fire safety in all blocks, delivering management actions arising from inspections.
You will lead, manage and support a team of staff in the delivery of the estates services and management of fire risk and other compliance matters in blocks owned by WDC, ensuring the delivery of excellent, customer focussed services, and develop and implement efficient management of buildings, with an emphasis on areas where value or money can be achieved.
As part of the Landlord Service Management Team you will contribute towards managing the interdependencies between the separate service areas, improving service integration, achieving team operational plans and service area plans and performance targets, and develop a culture of continuous improvement to ensure best possible outcomes for customers.
Ideally you will be professionally qualified, and have experience of managing staff and delivering customer focussed, quality services and experience of managing contractor performance and using performance information and customer data to improve service outcomes and satisfaction levels
