Homes for Haringey have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join the Health and Safety Team. This role will see you support the business and deliver the health and safety policy and strategy across Homes for Haringey. You will work and lead our Advisors reporting into the Head of Health, Safety and Compliance.
We are looking for an experienced Heath and Safety professional who can lead and advise on health and safety processes. You will coach and support colleagues and external partners to ensure safety and compliance policies are adhered to.
You will complete risk assessments and carry out inspections in line with Homes for Haringey's overall health and safety policies.
The ideal candidate will be solution driven with excellent communication, report writing skills and the ability to work across all divisions. The post holder will come with health & safety experience enabling them to work as part of a team responsible for health & safety, fire safety and asbestos management.
You must be NEBOSH accredited. You must also hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to a vehicle.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who can work across the whole business as well as external partners and Haringey residents.
