We are looking for someone with lots of energy and enthusiasm to play a key role within the Community Partnerships and Wellbeing Team in developing, implementing and being the face of the Dacorum Healthy Hub. You will have experience and a genuine interest in partnership working to develop service offers that meet resident needs in improving their health and wellbeing. You will be comfortable and thrive working in an ever changing environment, understanding the need to meet the expectations, key deliverables and performance indicators of more than one key stakeholder.
No two days will be the same, and indeed although based at The Forum in Hemel Hempstead, you will be required to work in Berkhamsted and Tring for at least one day a week each.
Healthy Hubs are a Public Health initiative funded for the first 2 years by Public Health, and are being implemented across Hertfordshire by Local Authorities.
If you like a challenge and can use your initiative and work independently, this could be the role for you!
This is a 2 year fixed term, or secondment, full time post.
Applicants must have a driving licence which is valid in the UK and use of a vehicle.
A check will be undertaken with the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that the successful candidate for the above post has no relevant convictions.
Closing Date: Midnight 15th March 2020
