Contract: Permanent, Full time - 36 hours per week
Homes for Haringey have an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join the Health, Safety and compliance Team.
This role will see you support the Head of Health, Safety and Compliance in ensuring that property compliance issues across the business are adhered to all times. This is a challenging role that will require you to think quickly and strategically, ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and to the needs of our tenants.
We are looking for a confident compliance professional with a minimum of 2+ years' experience as Compliance officer, Compliance Manager or similar position. You will oversee internal compliance reporting systems, attend and, where required, facilitate the compliance meetings.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant technical professional qualification i.e. Gas, Electrical, HNC or equivalent in building construction, maintenance or surveying.
You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in a similar post and ideally in housing/ local authority.
