We are looking for a bright, motivated individual to work on a voluntary basis as Recruitment Assistant. You will join a busy HR/Recruitment team that ensures the delivery of an efficient recruitment service by providing comprehensive administrative support to our recruiting managers.
About the role
It’s a varied and challenging role which will see you assisting with the administration of DBS forms for employees, casual workers and volunteers, preparing offer letters and contracts of employment, administering reference requests, preparing new employee folders along with associated documents and assisting with the new employee onboarding process.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need an ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative, good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new skills.

You will receive comprehensive induction and training and be assigned a mentor/coach who will help you utilise and develop your skills.
Working conditions: 2 days per week negotiable by arrangement.
Standard rate travel expenses reimbursed.
