Principal Asset Surveyor
Grade 10 - £49,464 - £53,544
You’ll work across our asset management, estate management and valuation services, providing senior advice to a wide range of partners while reviewing our complex portfolio and putting our wider strategies into action. Alongside your regular responsibilities you’ll also deputise for the Strategic Asset Manager when needed.

What you’ll bring to the table is extensive experience across property, valuations, surveying and project management, ideally within a local authority setting. You’ll be equally confident providing high level advice to senior leaders or managing complex projects to demanding timescales. You’ll be a natural communicator and collaborator, able to get the right people on side and make difficult issues easy to understand. You should ideally be RICS qualified or hold an equivalent property-based qualification.
