Grade 11 - £55,638 - £61,929 (Market Supplement -£18K)

You’ll play a crucial part in this as you coordinate our in-house staff and external agents across a very wide range of property and estate activity. You’ll be a senior leader for our commercial property, estate management and valuation services. Looking after provision and procurement for our expansive portfolio including both Newham and Havering, you’ll also take the lead on maximising financial and social returns from our commercials assets, overseeing our corporate property strategies and deputising for the Head of Property, when required.

Valuation and asset services are also an important part of the role, as you’ll be managing these directly while providing expert advice to other senior leaders, preparing reports and attending valuation tribunals.
