Community Neighbourhood Operations Co-ordinator

The Community Neighbourhood Operations Co-ordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the Community Neighbourhood facilities ensuring sufficient resources to effectively run services and activities to a high standard. Developing and promoting innovative opportunities for increasing activity in community facilities, ensuring the activities meet the needs of the community. To provide support to community organisations, enabling them to develop and increase their sustainability.
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent team building, relationship management and communication skills, experience of building and managing mutually beneficial partnerships and networks, a high level of self-motivation and the ability to resolve problems with a “can-do” attitude. The ideal candidate will be friendly and resilient, used to working in a customer-facing environment and dealing with complaints and disputes from members of the public.
