Income Management Officer
Salary: £32,430 - £34,794
Location: Station Road Office
Hours: 36 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated Income Management Officer to join us in the Income Management Team. Applicants should have a proven track record of collecting rents and other related charges, and be able to demonstrate how they can assist in achieving outstanding collection performance despite the increasingly tough economic conditions.
You will need to be well organised and a skilled communicator with excellent customer service experience. It is desirable that you have knowledge of Welfare Reform, including Universal Credit.
