More about the role:

A development opportunity has arisen as a 12-month secondment, to provide high-quality data analysis to support and underpin the Supporting Families (known nationally as the Troubled Families) programme within Children’s Services.


As a Supporting Families – Performance Analyst, you will have excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify families that meet set criteria, monitor progress and report outcomes achieved. Strong IT skills and proficient use of management information systems, are vital


The ideal candidate will also need excellent organisational skills, work well under pressure, be able to deliver to deadlines and use your initiative to problem solve and anticipate situations. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and demonstrate confidence in being able to work effectively with external partner agencies. You will provide support for strategic planning and performance management through the provision of high quality, accurate and timely data insight.


The main tasks for the role include:

• Analysis of multiple data sets to identify families that meet Supporting Families criteria.

• Submission of outcome information for national evaluation

• Work closely with colleagues across early help, children social care and other stakeholders to increase knowledge and awareness of the Supporting Families agenda.
