Job Title: Senior Care Worker, Medication
Location: Countywide
Salary: £9.74 per hour
Hours: 4-37 hours per week
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term

Working alongside an experienced care worker, you will support vulnerable members of the Community who need assistance with everyday tasks such as:

• Conducting home visits and reminding people to take any relevant medicines
• Administering Medication to people
• Accompanying an experienced care worker on home visits to vulnerable members of the community
• Accompany vulnerable citizens to medical appointments
• Assist with personal care, washing dressing, assisting at mealtimes and toileting
• Collecting prescriptions or medication from local pharmacists
• Help with shopping and basic household tasks such as making drinks etc.
• Basic household cleaning and preparation of food
• Monitoring citizens taking medication (but NOT administering medication)
