Team Manager - Breaking the Cycle

We have an exciting opportunity here in Birmingham children’s Trust, to become the Team Manager for our new Breaking the Cycle Service.

Birmingham children’s was fortunate to secure the rights to deliver the breaking the Cycle programme that was developed and delivered as part of the services previously delivered by After adoption.

Breaking the Cycle is a therapeutic reflective programme which supports and facilitates birth mothers, to embark upon a personal journey of self-reflection. Encouraging birth mothers to take back control of their lives, in order to make positive informed decisions and choices into the future. It is a service offered to Birmingham birth mothers who have lost a child or more to adoption.

The Breaking the Cycle Team Manager role will be part of the developing intensive and targeted support service which presently incorporates, Edge of care, Family Group Conferencing and Breaking the Cycle.
