With a clear understanding of, and vision for effective social work practice, the successful applicant will provide strong and effective leadership, managing a large group of leaders and social workers who are responsible for the assessment of children in need, child protection planning and children in care support. We are looking for someone who has a detailed understanding of relevant statutory frameworks in which services need to be delivered.

We are interested in interviewing candidates who who can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering effective children’s services for every part of the child’s journey.

In return, you will be part of a strong leadership team, where only best practice is acceptable. You will be offered a bespoke leadership programme which will support you to uphold the values and ethics of the Trust.
