What you’ll be doing
Working closely with the Executive Director for People, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining our organisation wide reward and benefits strategy and new pay framework. You’ll play a leading role in shaping our reward strategy and delivering our pay framework and total reward approach for the organisation.
You’ll take ownership of our job evaluation processes and ensure that our grading models are fit for purpose, both now and in the future.
What you’ll need
You’ll have significant experience of delivering change in fast moving environments and previously implemented reward plans that align with organisational strategy and culture to attract and retain diverse talent. You’ll also have led and managed job evaluation processes.
You’ll have robust analytical skills, which will be pivotal in critically assessing and modelling complex information into easy to understand reports and guidance. As an exceptional communicator, you’ll be able to engage and influence a variety of key stakeholders and leaders across the organisation.
