Following in the footsteps of our hugely successful WelTech Business Centre, a purpose built facility for start-up and small businesses, Welwyn Hatfield Council are delighted to be opening HatTech Business Centre in the coming weeks to meet the demand for office accommodation in and around Hatfield. HatTech will deliver a range of cost effective business units, a meeting room for hire and a large Co-Working space, offering flexibility in a professional environment whilst providing an opportunity to work alongside other business entrepreneurs as your business grows.

We are looking for an excellent administrator to support with a range of administrative duties across both sites. You will be responsible for marketing the services available, maintaining the website and social media accounts, meeting potential licensees, setting up licenses, preparing the monthly invoices for chargeable services and providing a first class customer service to occupants, visitors and other staff. You will also be a key holder and hold responsibility for the security of the buildings when on site.

It is essential you have excellent administrative skills and experience to be successful in this role. You will need to have great customer service skills, be good at prioritising your work to meet deadlines but also flexible to meet the needs of business. It is essential you have a sound working knowledge of managing and maintaining social media channels. You must have experience of working a busy office dealing with customer enquiries. You will need excellent MS Office skills and ideally have experience of raising and processing orders and invoices on a financial management system. An NVQ in Customer Service or Business Administration is desirable.

As a key holder, you must have a full driving license and access to a car.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
