About the Job & You:

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate a fully funded Housing First programme within Spelthorne Borough Council.  The project is part of our psychological informed environments pilot and has enhanced training and personal development opportunities.

Working within our Care & Support team, day to day you could be taking referrals and engaging with prospective clients; ensuring our clients are fully aware of support available to them; reviewing & agreeing client independent Living Plans and Risk Assessments – all while supporting our commitment to creating opportunities for people within our communities.

You’ll be co-located in Staines between our office and Spelthorne Borough Council; we would welcome your application if,

You have a high level of relationship skills - Empathy, Mutual acceptance, Supportive and Constructive challenge; as well as positive expectations for the future.

You can contribute to the delivery of high quality person-centred support to our clients in accordance with the Housing First Principles,

Qualifications & Experience:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math & English
Experience of working in a customer-facing role, motivating complex and diverse client groups to sustain housing, health and/or work outcomes.
