About the role
We are looking to recruit two experienced Lawyers to join our successful in-house property legal team.
We are looking for flexible, motivated and ambitious property Lawyers with experience of commercial real property work (including projects) to join our progressive service. As a Lawyer in Surrey County Council’s legal property team, you will have an unrivalled opportunity to actively and strategically contribute to the future delivery of first class legal services.
You’ll be passionate about working as part of a team that delivers timely, clear and effective legal advice, representation and assistance to the Council and clients. You will be expected to hold a quality caseload of mainly commercial property matters including some complex matters. Recent legal experience, either in-house or in private practice is essential. We are looking for demonstrable experience for these positions. Some supervisory experience would also be beneficial.
