Working in a small and dynamic People Services team, you will report to a HR Business Partner and be responsible for the management of case work in specific areas of the business and provide team support to payroll and administration activities. It’s an exciting time to join the organisation with many change initiatives. You will work alongside the HRBP to support restructures, employee relations and other key projects. You will need to be an experienced and credible HR officer and be able to provide advice on many aspects of employment and be a key point of contact for resolving queries with line managers.
You will work in a busy and friendly team and must have the organisational skills to maintain high volume service delivery and customer service. You will be able to prioritise your work and have experience of working in a challenging operating environment.
Key abilities include:
• Task focused and pro-active, delivering promptly and on time
• Independent and can run with delegated work and projects
• Resourceful drawing on solid HR Officer experience
• Building good relationships with staff and managers as a credible HR Professional
The hours are full-time, Monday to Friday with some flexibility available and expected.
